Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
What happens if I exceed my response limit?
On paid plans, additional responses beyond your monthly or annual cap are billed at $0.15 per response. We'll notify you when you reach 80% and 100% of your limit. You can also upgrade your plan at any time.
Do responses roll over month to month?
Standard plan responses reset monthly. Advantage and Premier plan response caps are annual — unused responses carry forward within the subscription year but reset on renewal.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You'll get full access to every feature in the plan you choose.
What does 'Remove Insight Flow branding' mean?
On the Basic plan, a small Insight Flow footer appears at the bottom of every survey page and in email invitations. Paid plans let you remove this entirely for a seamless respondent experience.
What question types are restricted on the free plan?
The Basic plan includes core types: Comment Box, Single Textbox, Multiple Choice, Checkboxes, and Dropdown. Advanced types — Matrix Grid, Ranking, Star Rating, Slider, NPS, Image Choice, Click Map, and Date/Time — require a paid plan.
What is HIPAA compliance mode?
Available on Enterprise plans, HIPAA mode adds additional encryption at rest, detailed audit trails, and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). This is required if your surveys collect Protected Health Information (PHI).
